I called aol support about a problem and a representative of this company came on the line (as though they were associated with aol). They evidently fixed the problem and then I agreed to be charged for a year’s protection. I had to scan and send a copy of the check. They did not want credit card purchase (which should have tipped me off). None of their phone lines are functioning at this time and I just read they are not accredited by the ScamPulse.com and have an F rating. Also they have had 11 complaints lodged against them in the past year. I only received a note on my desktop with the information already provided as far as phone numbers, name address and contact.
