I placed two orders with this company on-line at the end of November. I received two email confirmations with two tracking numbers. When I checked tracking numbers, I realized that product was shipping from China. Second tracking number did not work. My credit card was charged twice, once for each order. I emailed them and got no response. I received one envelope in the mail on 12/19 with one product in it. No paperwork inside. The outside label states two items but only one was shipped. I emailed them a second time with no response. I have called a couple of times also. No one EVER answers the phone. I left a message and have received no return phone call. I am missing a Christmas gift and out $22.49.
