called and said they had a compliant filed against me and needed to serve me papers gave me a second number to call and a case id, when i called that number they asked for the case id and then wanted me to verify my date of birth told me that they had my name and date of birth and my ssi information. i refused to verify the information with him and asked who filed the complaint he told me he had to verify it was me and that anyone could call in and say it was me he then tried to tell me about a federal law that he couldn’t provide any information until i verified who i was he told me again that he could see all my information and only needed me to verify the year i was born i refused and he ended the call.
