I ordered a photograph light for my boyfriend for Christmas through a website advertised to me on social media. It’s called giftcats.com. Throughout the weeks leading up, I would check tracking but it always said “in the process”. Then today I got an email saying that I tried to deliver it to 2 different people….? And that my address was wrong. I’m certain everything was right I double checked for I ordered this as a gift the email heading said “returning back to sender”. I began to look online at reviews and it turns out this has happened to hundreds of people. They just never receive their package and have no way of contacting the business. I’m very upset because I paid 55$ for absolutely nothing. Their website “says” they have a phone number to call but it’s nowhere to be found. This companyS site also says that delivery is within 7-10 business days but almost all the reviews, (including myself) Didn’t receive anything at all.
