When ordering parts on Web Site, even when choosing a debit card, the payment method defaults to PayPal regardless of choices made by customer. The changes go directly against your Bank, and comes up as a PayPal payment on your bank statement. When you contact PayPal, they show no such transaction on your account. The company does not even exist, so no product will ever ship, and their seems no recourse to return your charge against the bank. The company does not respond to inquires about your order.
