Reached this website while searching for my local DMV to register my van. As soon as i realized it was not the correct site, i clicked away, but not before my browser had autofilled their form and given them my debit card. i did not order any products, but they claim that i asked for their $19.99 eBook on how to register my car. They have said they are willing to refund the book i did not order, nor receive, but that they are not willing to refund the $3.99 "processing fee" which i apparently incurred just by visiting the website.
