Georgia Certificate Service sends out a time urgent request for a business entity to take action on securing a Certificate Of Existence. The letter uses language that makes it appear to be a necessary step in setting up a business in the state of Georgia. Only in fine print does it state that it is not a government agency. This is a deceptive practice and should cease to operate.
