Type of a scam Debt Collections
I have been receiving calls once or twice a day from these two phone numbers, sometimes even at night. The caller ID always says either "Private" or "Navient". Twice they’ve left voice messages saying I have to call them back w/a reference # bc they are trying to collect a debt. I only have one loan with Navient, a student loan on autopay for the past 10 years. I called Navient & they confirmed that they have NO connection with these numbers & that my loan is in good standing. Once I answered one of their calls, but they just hung up on me. I’m tired of being harassed, & refuse to answer scammers.
