On December 23rd January 2020 I came across an online advertising for focus, memory, and energy dietary supplement GENBRAIN, Advanced Brain Formula, buy 2 get 1 free deal for $33.33/each bottle with 60 capsules. Based in France, I ordered them from “thegen-brains.net”, but received an email confirmation from “[email protected]” stating that the charges on my credit card statement will appear soon. I checked and it appeared on my bank account as coming from nutri-online- shop based in UK.
My bank account was debited €129 ($142) instead of $80.
The product label has an address for “Platinum Herbal Wellness LLC” with the phone number and their website www.Platinum-Support.com. I contacted the customer service and they answered with an email I can’t even understand as it is not coherent. I am willing to return the product for a full refund. They are asking me to return then I will be refunded but not fully.
They have multiple sites on Facebook but all Genbrain are the same company… There websites and products change every time… I informed Facebook that Interpole is now investigating.
