On 6/11/17 did a search and clicked what was thought to be a safe link. Webpage pops up saying Microsoft has blocked my comp….saying my ip was being used illegally. Call the number listed on the page (1-877-220-8475) and asked who they worked for. Told me it was Microsoft. Was told to download a program so they could remote in. They remote in and they proceed to tell me I need their services to fix the computer. Prices ranged from 199.99 to 399.99 and wanted my name and other info. Declined and hung up and disconnected my comp. Before disconnecting he gave me a number to call back. 1-877-797-0874 ext 458. Looked up the number and it was for a site called geekslive247.com
