I placed an order through their website on 2/21/2016 and received an order confirmation and my back record shows the transaction. However, I never was given shipping confirmation or tracking, and have not gotten any response from customer service through multiple emails and attempts to contact through social media. Others have also not received their shipping information or product when I contacted them. They opperate under different company names: GeekOut Trends on their website, Enchanted Jewels on Facebook, and multiple email addresses: [email protected] and [email protected]
