Men repeatedly call my place of business (after being asked to stop calling) to tell me I have a security breach & wants to remote into my computer to "fix" it. I have told them no numerous times but they won’t take no for an answer. Today after hanging up on me, he repeatedly called back 5 times in a row.

Contacted via phone, posed as Microsoft tech support, they said they were receiving errors from my computer. Walked me through steps on my computer to show me errors. Convinced me to give them access to my computer to fix problems. They did not fix problems but instead solicited selling me a "Web Network Security" plan. Sent me documents that already had my "e-signature" on every page and tried to get me to purchase via some encrypted means. Asked about all other wi-fi devices in home. Asked for home address to mail documents. Did not purchase.
