I received a call from Geek International and they offered $299.99 computer maintenance software. I bought the software and they called back saying they were going out of business. They needed to refund the money I paid. I entered the amount on the Chase account that popped up, but when the receipt was sent it was $2,999.99. They couldn’t retrieve the money I paid and I was to purchase a Walmart gift card for $2,700 to pay them back which I did. They accessed my savings account to look like they had deposited the money in my account, but they didn’t.
