Gearpanco is following a concerning trend. Chinese companies advertising on social media, with no intention of following through with their return/refund/exchange info. They are simply not set up to sell to customers in America; yet, they continue to advertise. I have seen so many consumers on their fb page comment about how they are a scam and a fraud. This isn’t ok. They are impossible to get a hold of. When I wanted to return something that didn’t fit, they told me they couldn’t do that (despite in their literature saying they do handle returns), and they offered me $4 back on a $50 purchase, telling me they couldn’t do anything more than that. This is simply not professional and not in line with what they say. If you look at reviews across multiple mediums, you will see that they are not recommended and people see them as a scam. They also operate under other trade names, like Sweetygirl.com!!!

I ordered 2 pair of pants around 3/26. After a week I tried to track the package and could not. I emailed their support email address and got a response that I would need to wait 10 business days before being able to track package. I waited 2 full weeks and still could not track the package. It now has been over 30 days and they are now not returning any emails and I still can’t track my package.
