Website sells cheaply made products at ridiculously high prices. All the reviews on the site are 5/5 stars, but there is nowhere to add your own review. I was dumb enough to pay $89 for a twin size duvet cover. I received it 3-1/2 weeks later from a China address. I was unsatisfied with the quality of the product for the money paid so I requested a return. "Mike" replied that "since all orders are made to order and cannot be sold again, we can not offer return for refund." They were not willing to work with me at all. They didn’t offer a possible exchange, store credit or a partial refund.
