A refund its been five mths now

Ordered a bed set as a present. Order placed June 5. Paid $100+ and received updates on the production and that it was “shipped”. I tried to track it on Shop App. Something went wrong and it’s stuck in Hawthorne, CA somewhere… Tried to contact the company ( not easy to do) contacted USPS to get it resolved…no explanation, no luck.
Wife’s anniversary present still in limbo.
