Says I have a debt from 2012 with some Gateway Holdings? I have never heard of them. I continue to ask for a written notice of this allege debt and I have yet to see anything. They are also calling family. And I have told them not to do. I do not who this is and how do I make them stop

Got a call from a company called CFS stating that I owed a company called Gateway Holdings for a payday loan back in 2013 for $590.00 deposited into my prepaid debit card account in 2013. I have never applied for a payday loan and cannot receive them on a pre paid card anyway. They new my card company and my last 4 digits of my social security number. They said that if I do not pay in full they would contact local authorities and I would have to pay any costs and could result in arrest. I contacted the company that my card is trhough and they stated that no deposits of that amount and not from a company of that name exist. When I explain that this seems to be fraudulent they hang up on me. They said they will keep calling me until this is resolved.

was contacted by Gateway Holdings stating that I took a payday loan in May of 2013. They will not provide me any documentation to prove this. I do not have any deposits made to my account in this amount. They said I could settle this for $463 or disput it and if I lose I will owe the over $2000 THIS IS A SCAM TO GET MONEY FROM ME
