Received a phone saying that i had 2 allegations on my name & social security number for a pay day loan from 2011. They told me that the loan was taken out on 8-17-11 for $300 but they were charging me with fraud & breech of contract. They told me the amount owed was $2370.00 and that amount must be paid in order to keep from going to court.
