Everyone who has ever lived or dealt with this person has been scammed. He suckers you into the property being a nice old guy, takes our money, then comes up with a way to make you move by being nasty, He would not leave the property and when you complain he evicts you. He has done this to many people, so much the Baxter Utilities complained about him.
