They offer a free trial of a months worth of product, they charge a small fee for shipping and no amount listed for the product and the ad just says to cancel if not satisfied. They send a month’s worth, but you find out later that you had to cancel in 14 days-you also find out later that the product costs 177.00 per month. None of this is stated beforehand. I searched for any information after I ordered the ‘free samples’. When they arrived, all I got was a packing slip-still no price or deadline, just a phone number and email address. When I received my 2nd order, I saw how much was charged and called the number and was refunded the money and taken off their list, I was told to just keep the 2nd order. Today, I saw my credit card balance and now there is a charge from November, that wasn’t on my December statement. I called my credit card company and the number for the supplements and was hung up on each time after telling them that I had Googled them and read numerous complaints. I was offered 30, then 50% back on my free trial, this is when I was told about the 14 days, when asked for proof that they told me ahead of time or that I agreed to their terms/conditions, I was told to have a good day and hung up on. The first representative told me it wouldn’t work to get the money back through my bank. Just amazed at how brazen she was. I told the 2nd that I was hung up on before and she did the same. I saw when I Googled them that people were having their accounts overdrawn and having to cancel their credit cards to keep from being charged.
