I want to report a phone call I received that I feel is a scam. My caller ID showed Fairview Hospital with phone number 216-476-3916. It was a foreign speaking man that gave the name Galaxy Balloons. I live near Fairview Hospital. I have never done business with them. I do not believe it was Fairview Hospital. He attempted to engage in conversation. I hung up.
