Type of a scam Online Purchase
Back in the middle of October 2016 I made a purchase online via an ad through Facebook (as I have done several times with expected success) and ordered a ring. It cost just under $13.00USD and I paid for it via my paypal account.
The purchase was made through their website directly, galacticrings.com, and the expected shipping stated typically 2-3 weeks for the United States. Fast toward to the beginning of November I contacted their customer service, to which they responded by saying it had shipped and I would get it soon.
I waited another week then tried to contact someone via facebook to find out the tracking information. I have since discovered that this business blocked me on Facebook. Last night I emailed their customer service directly and they were very unprofessional with how they spoke and handled the situation, going as far as blaming a USPS employee for stealing the ring without proof.
I believe this company is a scam and are only interested in taking money from unsuspecting people.
I tried finding their business information, however anything beyond their email address is missing from their website. There are no names, no addresses or phone numbers.
