Went online to hotels.com and was directed to galahotels to book rooms in Las Vegas. My friend and I each booked separate rooms through them and instantly our credit cards were charged. When we showed up in Las Vegas over New Years Eve and went to check in we were told by the hotel that we had cancelled our hotel reservations the week prior. Obviously we didn’t cancel or we wouldn’t be here we told the lady. We called the number on the website and never spoke to a person only had a voice mail, no response to emails. We had to pay for our rooms again in order to stay and our now disputing our previous charges of $566.00 with our credit card companies.
We have NEVER had any response from Gala Hotels. DO NOT EVER USE TO BOOK HOTEL ROOMS!!
