I purchased an item on behalf of my father from www.gadgetrocks.com on July 23rd, 2017. No product was ever received and communications were met with generic runaround emails promising updates. However I was never able to get tracking information or status updates. I was told they were still looking into it. I finally requested they cancel my order and issue a refund. My father still has not received the refund either. The phone number listed on their website is incorrect. The company is powered by Shopify.com. I tried contacting Shopify, however due to privacy policy they cannot release any company information like valid phone number or mailing address. Therefore I am unable to file a proper complaint on bbb. GadgetRocks does have a Facebook Page and there have been numerous consumer complaints on there as well. It is very frustrating to be unable to follow up and get a resolution.
