Sent 699.00 for a Yorkie to be delivered to me in Roseville Ca. On the day the dog was to be delivered I was told that they would need $1200.00 more for a new law that just passed saying the dog must be insured before it could be put on the plane. I was told they would refund my money but now they are not responding to my messages. I have proof of payment, all correspondence etc. I’m sure this was a scam. I don’t know if calling the Norfolk Police will help but I would like to stop this from happening to someone else.
