Type of a scam Phishing

The first call I received from Future of Hope was on August 2nd, and the scammer was attempting to convince me that there were malicious files on my computer that had bypassed my antivirus, and that he could fix it for a price. The second call I received was on August 3rd, and the scammer who phoned in this time was asking for a charity donation, which matches their website front. After I denied giving credit card information over the phone, she attempted to get any personal information out of me that she could, from name to email address to postal code. After being denied all this, she then informed me she was going to call again in 24hrs to ensure I "checked the website for donation." I informed her that I was called the previous day by the same company trying to sell me a virus fix, and said I would prefer not to be called again. She promptly ended the conversation and hung up.
