Ordered a set of 4 oval, flickering flame torches with a long spike and garden stake. Received a square box with a tiny bulb that does not flicker, no spike. Tried to contact seller, no response. Item came from California but PayPal demands I return the item to China. Shipping is over $100, item is only $30.
