On Oct. 6, 2019 I ordered 3 Trump mugs (buy 2, get one free) for a total of $46.56, order #40141. I received communication acknowledging my purchase. Another email said my mugs were being created and thanked me for my patience as they received so many orders and were trying to catch up. After waiting a while longer I contacted them via email and by phone with no replies.
I just gave up trying to contact them and realized I probably “got taken” by an internet order & I didn’t know what to do. The charge was on my credit card so naturally I paid it in good faith the items would eventually show up.
I didn’t know what else to do and now it sounds like the whole thing was a scam.
Now that I know there were others with this issue I will try contacting my credit card & see if they can do anything about it at this late date.

I saw a Fully Stitched ad on Facebook on 11/14/2019. It showed a red Trump mug and I loved it! I order two for us to show our support for Trump. I reached out to Jamie and to [email protected] multiple times with no response. First time December 4th, last time on March 3, 2020. Like others my card was charged immediately and I was charged for UPSP shipping total of 9.95. I guess it is time to file a dispute with my credit card company and USPS. I NEVER had a business charge my credit card until my purchase has shipped.I guess that should have been my first clue. Fully Stitched grabbed my money the second I placed my order. Shame on Facebook for not vetting this scammer!

I have sent 3 emails with no response. So apparently, I have been duped of my money.
Proud of my President and wanted to show my outward support by using the Trump 2020 mugs. Guess I won’t be doing that!

I have no dog in this fight other than to tell you, It took forever to get my tumblers and I absolutely love mine. I had to remind myself that not every business is amazon or eBay. I hate that you had a bad experience with them I would encourage you to give them another try, I’m getting ready to place another order. The mug I use is definitely a conversation starter and it keeps the liberal tears hot!

My sister knows my husband and I are “TRUMP 2020” Americans. She ordered us 4 Trump 30 oz Tumblers in Gray w/red. We did receive the product but it was defective. The gray is whitewashed in areas and looks terrible. We don’t use them because they look pretty bad but like I said, at least we got them unlike others. I contacted the company, they said they were reviewing the pictures I sent them and would get back to me. NOTHING ever happened after several times of contacting them. I didn’t even tell my sister because I didn’t want her to have to deal with it or be upset there her gift was less than nice.

I saw a Fully Stitched ad on Facebook on 11/9/2019. It showed a red Trump mug and I loved it! I ordered it as a Christmas gift. I immediately received an email from Jamie confirming my order. After 3 weeks I emailed Jamie asking when I could expect to receive my order. Jamie replied that my email was forwarded to Customer Support. I never heard back from Customer Support. Two weeks later I emailed Customer Support and received no response. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and won the dispute, so I lost no $$ in this scam. I NEVER had a business charge my credit card until my purchase has shipped. Fully Stitched grabbed my money the second I placed my order. Shame on Facebook for not vetting this scammer!

I’ve sent multiple emails inquiring about my order, attempted to look up my order online to no avail and also tried to customer service telephone number which is disconnected. What a terrible company. I wish I would have researched them before falling for this scam.

October 11, 2019 I ordered 3 mugs. The company sucked the money out of my bank immediately and promised Christmas delivery. For almost 2 months, the order showed “processing.” Then it went to a screen that won’t even allow you to check on your order. It’s been 4 months. I have sent them at least 5 emails asking for update, these were Christmas gifts as well. Last emails, I asked them for either a refund or the mugs. Like everyone else, no response at all since 10/10/2019. Will follow up with my credit card company.

I’m in the same boat as everyone on here. I made a purchase with FullyStitched from the FB advertising. They immediately withdrew $49.55 from my account on 11/2/19, and I received confirmation, including a nice little standard email from “one of the owners” saying how pleased I will be with my merchandise! So, here I am complaining TEN WEEKS later that I haven’t received it and they will not answer emails and their phone does not reach a live person…and the company is supposedly just in the next city over from where I live! I will be contacting my credit card company to dispute the charge as well as notify FB and anyone else who might listen.

This company gets you with it’s made in USA advertising on Facebook, I purchased a tumbler with shipping was a total $36.95. ordered back in October of 2019. Received 1 email showing my invoice and order number. Periodically clicked the link to track order and it kept saying order is being processed (over a month this went on). Around the beginning of December 2019 I go to check my order again and it is no longer on the website, I can no longer look my order up on their website. I have emailed countless times and called countless times and have received no response. There are over 100 more customers (victims) on fully Stitched Facebook page claiming the same thing. At this point I want my money back. This company needs stopped.

I saw the Fully Stitched ad on Facebook. They were selling mugs, insulated cups, sweatshirts, t-shirts, caps, etc. with the Trump logo on them. Their website is. Sry professional and looks legit. I ordered some items through their site and paid via credit card. I received an email at that time stating they will let me know when

the items have shipped. That was the end of October and I haven’t heard a thing or received my merchandise. I attempted to call the phone number but all I get is a recording. I have left messages with no response. I have emailed and not had a response. I called my credit card company and Fully Stitched got their payment. The name of the company that got the payment, according to my credit card company, is Aries LLC our of Wyoming. They had a phone number of 724-290-9720. I called the number and it is not a working number. I believe this is a scam and want to warn others. Hopefully I will get my money back through my credit card but it may take months and has cost me time and aggravation as well.
