On Oct. 6, 2019 I ordered 3 Trump mugs (buy 2, get one free) for a total of $46.56, order #40141. I received communication acknowledging my purchase. Another email said my mugs were being created and thanked me for my patience as they received so many orders and were trying to catch up. After waiting a while longer I contacted them via email and by phone with no replies.
I just gave up trying to contact them and realized I probably “got taken” by an internet order & I didn’t know what to do. The charge was on my credit card so naturally I paid it in good faith the items would eventually show up.
I didn’t know what else to do and now it sounds like the whole thing was a scam.
Now that I know there were others with this issue I will try contacting my credit card & see if they can do anything about it at this late date.

I saw a Fully Stitched ad on Facebook on 11/14/2019. It showed a red Trump mug and I loved it! I order two for us to show our support for Trump. I reached out to Jamie and to [email protected] multiple times with no response. First time December 4th, last time on March 3, 2020. Like others my card was charged immediately and I was charged for UPSP shipping total of 9.95. I guess it is time to file a dispute with my credit card company and USPS. I NEVER had a business charge my credit card until my purchase has shipped.I guess that should have been my first clue. Fully Stitched grabbed my money the second I placed my order. Shame on Facebook for not vetting this scammer!
Order #52283 placed November 11, 2019. Ordered (2) 30 oz Trump 2020 tumblers with handles, lids for a total of $54.93. I received email saying thanks for order and will notify when shipped.
I have sent 3 emails with no response. So apparently, I have been duped of my money.
Proud of my President and wanted to show my outward support by using the Trump 2020 mugs. Guess I won’t be doing that!
I have no dog in this fight other than to tell you, It took forever to get my tumblers and I absolutely love mine. I had to remind myself that not every business is amazon or eBay. I hate that you had a bad experience with them I would encourage you to give them another try, I’m getting ready to place another order. The mug I use is definitely a conversation starter and it keeps the liberal tears hot!
I ordered 2 cups and shirt upgraded lid for cup and order was about 70.00 and did not receive 1 item I emailed and emailed and got no response. Very pissed off now !

I sent emails and tried to call but nothing, now I see on my receipt that I was charged for USPS priority insured shipping so my next call will be to the postmaster general.

If they charged You for USPS postage and insurance You can make a claim through the post office not to mention that it also makes their fraud a Federal felony.
My sister knows my husband and I are “TRUMP 2020” Americans. She ordered us 4 Trump 30 oz Tumblers in Gray w/red. We did receive the product but it was defective. The gray is whitewashed in areas and looks terrible. We don’t use them because they look pretty bad but like I said, at least we got them unlike others. I contacted the company, they said they were reviewing the pictures I sent them and would get back to me. NOTHING ever happened after several times of contacting them. I didn’t even tell my sister because I didn’t want her to have to deal with it or be upset there her gift was less than nice.
I purchased a couple of trump mugs in October 2019 as a Christmas gift for my husband. I was a shored by emails a couple of times that my products were being created and would be shipped soon. I have never received these and have not gotten any more correspondence from this company
I purchased a Trump mug for my daughter last year and got it eventually. I placed a second order the first of December 2019 and have still not received it, although they took money from my credit card. I have tried numerous times to contact them with no answer by email or phone.
I ordered mugs on 11/16/2019…they took the money and that’s it! I have tried emailing then, responding to the order conformation and calling (THE NUMBER IS NO LONGER IN SERVICE!)

I saw a Fully Stitched ad on Facebook on 11/9/2019. It showed a red Trump mug and I loved it! I ordered it as a Christmas gift. I immediately received an email from Jamie confirming my order. After 3 weeks I emailed Jamie asking when I could expect to receive my order. Jamie replied that my email was forwarded to Customer Support. I never heard back from Customer Support. Two weeks later I emailed Customer Support and received no response. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and won the dispute, so I lost no $$ in this scam. I NEVER had a business charge my credit card until my purchase has shipped. Fully Stitched grabbed my money the second I placed my order. Shame on Facebook for not vetting this scammer!
I also placed an order for 8 tumblers as Christmas gifts on November 9, 2019. I spent $104.12 and never received any of my merchandise. I’ve sent multiple emails inquiring about my order, attempted to look up my order online to no avail and also tried to customer service telephone number which is disconnected. What a terrible company. I wish I would have researched them before falling for this scam.

October 11, 2019 I ordered 3 mugs. The company sucked the money out of my bank immediately and promised Christmas delivery. For almost 2 months, the order showed “processing.” Then it went to a screen that won’t even allow you to check on your order. It’s been 4 months. I started attempting to contact the company at the end of November, 2019 with no response to numerous emails. Now the phone is disconnected. Karma is going to get Matthew Founder for ripping all these people off! I bet he’s a demonrat!

I ordered 4 TRUMP 2020 THE SEQUEL SIGNATURE COLOR PRINTED TUMBLERS which cost me about &100 + back on November 9, 2019 and as of today, Feb 3rd, 2020 no tumblers and no e-mails to explain what’s going on. So disappointed.
I ordered from them Oct 6 for tumblers total $48.64. On oct 10,2019 I received an email explaining they received so many orders, they were behind.

I have sent them at least 5 emails asking for update, these were Christmas gifts as well. Last emails, I asked them for either a refund or the mugs. Like everyone else, no response at all since 10/10/2019. Will follow up with my credit card company.

I placed the same order October 30th, and still haven’t heard from them either, and i cannot find a phone number to contact either. It looked like they had good reviews, so I went with it. It was suppose to be a Christmas gift for my son.
I placed my order on 11/15/2019 for $23.45 and still have not received my order as of 1/27/2020. Their phone number has been disconnected … so I guess, this was a scam. Facebook needs to look more into those advertising on their site. Made in the U.S.A. meant a lot to me when ordering.
I saw the add on Facebook and decided to get a few as Christmas gifts. I ordered $81 worth on 11/16/19 and received a nice confirmation email. I’ve emailed 3 times with no response. I called and said it just goes to a voicemail. Finally, after 2 months of nothing, I’ve contacted my credit card company.
Ordered mine in October. Multiple attempts to contact. Contacted BBB. No response from either. May try contacting card company.
Just like everyone else, I placed an order on 11/14/2019 and got the original thank you email, but nothing since. Tried to call and email with no response. I did have an order late summer last year, that they filled but nothing on this order…just took the money. Order #53386 for $67.42.
I also placed an order that was 115.00, got the same email saying thank you for the order and they will let me know when they will be shipped. They were for Christmas presents and I still get no response from emails I have sent. Is there going to be a class action lawsuit?

I ordered from them twice. The first time was in September 2019 and I got everything that I ordered and the products are great. So, I thought I would make another order for Christmas gifts in October…that’s when the company seems to have shut down. I would LOVE to know what happened…they did deliver the first time, exactly as promised. Since then, I and everyone else on this blog has been ripped off, with no relief in sight.
I’m in the same boat as everyone on here. I made a purchase with FullyStitched from the FB advertising. They immediately withdrew $49.55 from my account on 11/2/19, and I received confirmation, including a nice little standard email from “one of the owners” saying how pleased I will be with my merchandise! So, here I am complaining TEN WEEKS later that I haven’t received it and they will not answer emails and their phone does not reach a live person…and the company is supposedly just in the next city over from where I live! I will be contacting my credit card company to dispute the charge as well as notify FB and anyone else who might listen.
Order # 52289 I spent $49.54 on items on 11-11-2019 and received an email of confirmation but still nothing. I believe this is an online scam. No response to emails or phone messages.

This company gets you with it’s made in USA advertising on Facebook, I purchased a tumbler with shipping was a total $36.95. ordered back in October of 2019. Received 1 email showing my invoice and order number. Periodically clicked the link to track order and it kept saying order is being processed (over a month this went on). Around the beginning of December 2019 I go to check my order again and it is no longer on the website, I can no longer look my order up on their website. I have emailed countless times and called countless times and have received no response. There are over 100 more customers (victims) on fully Stitched Facebook page claiming the same thing. At this point I want my money back. This company needs stopped.

I ordered some items through their site and paid via credit card. I received an email at that time stating they will let me know when
the items have shipped. That was the end of October and I haven’t heard a thing or received my merchandise. I attempted to call the phone number but all I get is a recording. I have left messages with no response. I have emailed and not had a response. I called my credit card company and Fully Stitched got their payment. The name of the company that got the payment, according to my credit card company, is Aries LLC our of Wyoming. They had a phone number of 724-290-9720. I called the number and it is not a working number. I believe this is a scam and want to warn others. Hopefully I will get my money back through my credit card but it may take months and has cost me time and aggravation as well.
