I ordered 5 masks and 10 extra fillers for $130.40 back on April 2, 2020, it’s not July 15, 2020 and I have 1 mask that I order, 1 mask that I didn’t order and nothing else. I am being told I have to pay to send back the one wrong mask and only when they get this mask back I will only get 50% of my money back. At first it was only 35% back but after several very angry emails it raised to 50% refund. They want me to send it back to 183 Queens rd Central Sheung Wan, Hong Kong.This is after they advertised they are American made and their masks come out of New York. They made sure to note I will be changed for the shipping for a mask that they sent me that was the wrong order. This company is a sham and would never ever consider EVER going through them ever again.
I ordered on April 17th, It’s July 10th, and still haven’t received anything. I’ve had emails from them, but they’re a total scam. I have ordered things from Wish that got here before this mask they supposedly will be sending… when we have settled Mars.

This business used an online ad on facebook to sell facemasks during the COVID outbreak. I ordered one (with a nursing design) on April 5, 2020. I have reached out to this company via email 10 different times since they don’t have a phone number asking for money back ($33.90). They refuse to refund my purchase or compensate me in anyway. Now they won’t even respond to my emails or provide me with any contact information to get in contact with anyone other than this stupid support email address.
Ordered 3 masks @$35.00,took months to get,1st mask out of the package was damaged,the other 2 are child sized.contacted seller with no response.
Such a scam! I ordered 3 teacher mask! It’s took months. Then when I received them, they were the size to fit my 5 year old nephew AND had wrong content on them. I’m PISSED. I’ve tried pulling the website up to contact them and it doesn’t even work anymore. God have mercy on these sick individuals who did this.

Fuller space is a scam. They stated they are a small family owned business in Houston, Tx. However, received shipping information from Yawang, China. I received my masks, but they are doll size and took 3 months to receive them. There is no opening for filters, which doesn’t make a difference because the masks are way smaller than the masks. They are going to the trash because they are useless. There goes my money in the trash. I tried to open the website to send them a message and it doesn’t open.
I am about to like scream this morning. I week ago I received my mask but not with my name customized. I’ve been emailing these people and I keep getting this response: Thanks for contacting us.

After 2 months I finally received the masks, but they are made for a doll. The photo shows the top mask from Fullerspace and the bottom is from another company. Money out the door. Paypal will no longer dispute the case because I have received the item. Bye, bye $100.

I have sent numerous emails regarding the status of my order. They always respond but days later and always with an excuse. This company misleads you. According to their first response they make the masks in the USA but then are shipped to CHINA to be assembled! Beware! On the website it says fast shipping! I paid $77 for masks and I feel like a fool because ONE of them arrived yesterday and it’s CRAP! It smells like cigarettes and it’s not how the website describes. There’s no way I’m going to let my son wear it. I can only imagine the other one will be the same. That’s if I get it. I’m still waiting two+ months later. Very disappointed. The masks arrived 3 months after ordering. They are more suited size wise for a child than an adult. They don’t let the purchaser know ahead of time the masks are made to order in China and are shipped from China. Their photos look more like a factory in the US than China. Stay away from this company. The fabric is very thin and not much good without the filters which are a poor fit
They also advertise their stuff on another website with different name but same exact website and I’m sure same bs too.
I ordered 2 masks mid April and as of today, I received one of them yesterday. I have emailed the company asking for information on returning the item and they refuse to give me that information. Don’t waste your time and money. I ordered 2 face masks and a set of filters on 4/12/2020. After several follow ups, I finally got 1 mask and the filters on 6/5/2020, but the other mask never arrived. I sent a number of emails, but the company would copy and paste the same response. I’ll never get the 2nd mask, and I can’t use the 1 mask that did come in because they sewed the same side of velcro on it making it useless.
I ordered a mask with 3 filters back in april. It’s now june and I still haven’t received my order. I have emailed them and I have received the same response as everyone else. Its seems to I am out 50.00 dollars or so. Not happy.

Company was selling face masks. After receiving an email several weeks later that it was shipped the tracking never got updated. Contacted the company 3 times and it was the same response that it was shipped and be patient.
I purchased 10 masks on 4/18/2020 and still haven’t gotten them. I keep getting automated emails saying the same thing that due to the corona virus, shipping may be delayed. I signed up for text alerts and the last text I got said it was waiting for shipment from Rosendale, NY. They took payment from my account on 4/21/2020 but I still have no masks! I email them daily and I get the same automated reply as stated above. This has to stop! I don’t know why these fake bogus companies can get away with this [censored] or why Pay-Pal would let them take our money knowing its a fake company! Ill never order anything off of Facebook ( that’s where I saw their site) again!
I too, ordered $75 worth of masks on April 23rd. On May 3, 4, and 5…I received emails stating my masks were produced & being sent to shipper & I would receive a tracking number soon. The May 5th email states they were sorry for the COVID-19 delay on shipping & offered a 20% discount to order again. REALLY? Am I seriously stupid enough to order more at a discount before I even receive the 1st order and know if these are even legit?!?!

Message: Hi. It has been since May 5th since I was told my masks were done but awaiting a delayed shipment due to Covid19. I have since ordered masks elsewhere that have already been delivered wth no delay. Why would there be a 2 week delay to get them to me if they are already made?
