i purchased flowers online through their website. I received an email on 2/13/18 saying the delivery was made. I called the person whom I sent them to and nothing was ever delivered. I called their 800# and they offered to send another bouquet and send another email confirming. They never delivered the flowers or send an email. If you go to there FB page you’ll find I’m not the only one this happened to today.
