I ordered two dresses that I saw advertised on social media from this company. Before I submitted my order, I made sure I could return for refund – and the return policy checked out alright. After saying my package would come within a week, it took three weeks! But I wasn’t angry, I just wanted my adorable dresses. Unfortunately, when I opened the package, the dresses were paper-thin and looked nothing like the advertisements. I paid around $60 total so I submitted my request for return for refund.

The customer service asked me to just resell the dresses or give them to a friend as they couldn’t accommodate for my return. I continued to go back and forth about how this is not in line with their return policy, and she continued to tell me to just keep the dresses and she will give me a discount for my next purchase. This is SUCH a scam!

I saw ads for this clothing website on all my forms of social media.

Decided to order a dress and jumpsuit from them for an engagement party i have June 16th. Total was $60.62. I placed my order MAY 5th! I also paid extra money for express shipping which states (3-7) working business days which was $9.99. It is now June 11th and i STILL have yet to receive my order.

I have not been sent any confirmation emails or tracking numbers whatsoever. Anytime i log into their site it says my order is “still being processed.” I emailed the company several times and even contacted them on Facebook and their only reply is “they’ll try to send it out as soon as possible.” They haven’t helped me at all. Come to find out a lot of people have complained about them scamming. I should have done my research. I can’t believe they stole my money. I can’t believe they are even advertised on my trusted social media of Facebook and Instagram. I just want my money back.
