Type of a scam Online Purchase
I bought a French Bulldog for my son who just lost his beloved dog. I paid half thru Paypal. It went to the airport and then they needed 880$ for NEW LAW by the airlines ..pet insurance. The law they quoated was US/CA I looked it up and it was “United States Canoeing Association”!!! They said they would refund my money. 360$. Which is a lot for a single mom raising an adult autistic daughter. Paypal could not be responsible because I sent “ family and friends” option which is what they told me to do. I’ve never sent a payment like this thru paypal and thought I would still be covered. I have contacted my bank and they will investigate and possibly can have Paypal refund
