I ordered my "Cozy Knit Blanket" in November 2017, it’s now April 2018 and despite many email attempts I did not receive responses or my order. Finally, Jack Green replied as to where my item, or refund was. "We can understand where you’re coming from and believe me, this is not the experience we want you to have. Please do know that once the item is forwarded to the courier, we no longer take charge or we no longer have control with shipping and when it gets delivered." Do not trust this company to send your items.

I placed an order with Free Earth in January. After waiting a month I emailed [email protected] to inquire about my purchase. Someone DID get back with me and advised it typically takes a month to receive an order. She advised me it would be towards the end of February before they could "get" to my order. I told her I would like a refund and have not heard back since.
