Type of a scam Counterfeit Product
I purchased the Ultra Knit plush blanket from them because I was told they were having a new year sale. I received an order confirmation and the email told me it would send my shipping information when the package was sent. Well a month went by and I never heard from them, so I contacted the company. When they messaged me back they said something went wrong in the shipping department and asked if I’d like a refund or the package sent out again…So they took my money and then weren’t even going to inform me that something went wrong in shipping? I asked them to send my package out again, and of course another month goes by and I don’t get anything back. So I emailed the company again asking where my stuff was, and they offered me a refund once again or to send the package one more time. This time I asked for a refund and said I wanted my money back. Once I said that I never heard from the company again and they havent messaged me back sense. That’s when I started looking around for a phone number to call someone, but I came across all these articles and facebook pages saying that this company was a scam.
