Type of a scam Online Purchase

I opened an email asking me to take a survey for a recent Amazon purchase. After completing the survey, I was offered a choice of various free gifts. Of the presented choices, I chose a "free watch" with the agreement that I would pay only shipping. Today, I was looking over my credit card statement and noticed a $97.21 charge from the same company that processed the shipping for $6.01. I called the company, and customer service informed me that I received the watch on a trial basis and that after so many days I was charged full price for the watch. I demanded a return shipment label and a full refund. I was then informed that they do not have a money back guarantee. I asked for this person’s supervisor, and Raul got on the phone explaining the same thing. I asked if I would need to have law enforcement handle this, and they would not answer me directly. I was then informed that I had an account with them and that they would cancel it before I received the other two watches in that set. The website and order pages indicated nothing about full price purchase, account creation with any company, or purchase of any other products. I did receive an email canceling my account, but they would not return my money or even provide an address to return the merchandise.
