I received an email stating that there was a class action suit against a timeshare I own in Mexico called Puerto Bahia. I was to receive all money spend on the purchase. After I called the phone number and spoke to Joseph Fontana from Foxworth, he mentioned to get my money from the suit I would have to pay a percentage to the attorneys, a number amounting to $2700. Of course the money had to be sent in before I received my check. Once I challenged this, Mr. Fontana hung up on me. I have learned that NEVER pay any money upfront for Timeshares.
