I was looking for some tiny shih tzu puppies. went online and found cute ones they said they would ship the next day. . I told them that I would pay half until the puppies got here. they said ok at first. than this morning they wanted all the money first. I said puppies first. I am now out 650.00. that is a expense that I can not afford.the guy said his name was mike huff but to send the zella to mark frazier. should of know something was off.
