The website offered a 7 day free trial for a PDF edit software. When I entered my financial information it clearly stated no charges would be made until the end of the 7 day free trial unless canceled. After 30 minutes I realize the site was not what I was looking for so I cancelled the 7 day free trial. My account was charged immediately. Funds were on hold from 2/9/19. As the charge was not reversed on the next business day so I called. I was told that they would refund the money. When asked why the charge was made for a 7 days free trial, I was told that I have to call to request a refund. I explained this is not a free trial and the website clearly stated no charge would be made until the end of the 7 days. Having to call to request a refund was not stated on the website.
