Type of a scam Employment
I received a text message stating they saw my resume on Indeed, and directed me for an interview via Skype Messager, I gave them my name address and the name of my bank, but no other information, they said I will be offered a job and sent me a check to purchase computer programs for the laptop they will be sending me to do my job. They said the company is the FolSon Group out of New York address 38 E 37th St #64 New York NY 10016, I received a check and letter, NO business letter head, from WI but the address on the envelope was GA, telling me to deposit check into my account via ATM Somthing makes me think this isn’t right. The number that texted me was FL, check from WI, Return Address GA.
