I got mail from Florida Compliance Bureau that demands that I pay, but failure to comply would result in $2000 fine or 5 year imprisonment or both. They asked to be paid for $104.00. States that I need to pay to get posters to post to display multiple notices that states rights of employees.

Just registered a Florida LLC last week. Received in the mail today from "Florida Compliance Bureau" a "LABOR COMPLIANCE NOTICE" telling me to send them $104 as a final notice to comply with 2016 labor law requirements. My company hasn’t done any business yet and was just registered last week. I just wanted to report this in case it is something new. Looks like they are searching all new business filings with the state. The letter was postmarked from CA and they show addresses in MT and FL.
