Ordered 6 weeks ago, order not received yet and no update on the website. Contacted them for an update many times using e-mail and web form, no reply. Looks like a scam and i will have to cancel my credit card for fraudulent transaction because of that.

Ordered a pair of Havianas in August 2018. Credit card was charged and received an email confirmation of the order. Never received the order. Emailed after a few weeks and was told the order had been "damaged" and that they were waiting for a new shipment. Several weeks went by and no order was received. Emailed again and received another excuse. After 2 months, requested a refund. Was told that a refund would be issued to my credit card in 6-10 days. The refund never showed up. After 14 days I emailed to report. They emailed back saying the same thing, that a refund would be issued in 6-10 days and that I could contact my credit card company if I wanted to. It’s been 14 days since that email and still no refund. This is a fake company.

I live in the UK and have reported this matter to Trading Standards but because the Company is based in the USA I have been advised to contact you.
On 14th July I placed an online order for 3 pairs of Havaianas Flip Flops and paid $*** with my UK credit card.
I have received neither flip flops nor a refund as promised by the Company.
Reading recent reviews it appears that I am not the only one and that this Company is nothing but a scam set up to steal from customers.
It should not be allowed to continue trading and I hope you agree.

Ordered pair of shoes from the website. They have not processed my order and taken the money. Its been 20 days and they still have not dispatched the order. They never reply, nor the customer service number is working. Its a scam, its fake website/business

This website is a scam. They do not ship the merchandise you order from them, although they do charge you. A quick check of their Yelp page will show you there are multiple parties that have fallen victim to this scam. I placed an order with them and received a confirmation email that went straight to my junk folder. I thought that was odd. I tried calling them to confirm my order and their phone line doesn’t work. I also tried emailing them and never received a response from anyone. They took my money, however, but never received the merchandise! Fortunately my credit card company was able to reverse the charge. Do not order anything from these crooks!
