I found a rent to own home advertised by this gentlemen. I filled out an application and paid a fee of $30.00. He showed me another home he had in the same program. I have tried contacting him several times in the past month and a half, there has been no response. I have even texted him requesting my fee back along with my information, there has been no response. I am sure there are others who are having the same experience
