Last night I purchased two airline tickets at www.flightsticketgo.com. After receiving my confirmation I checked my email for receipt and to see when to expect my e-tickets. However, what I found instead was a message that what I paid was only half of what I should pay. That amount I had already paid, they said, only held the tickets like a deposit. I still owed them another amount almost equal to what I had just paid in order to release the tickets. I then tried calling immediately to cancel. However no one answered the phones. They have 4 different international numbers listed for this business and I called all of them to get no answer! I am now emailing two different people back and forth about getting a refund. One of them is Alice Lee (who mainly emails me pretty quickly) to only try to convince me of how their business works and to try to get me to pay the second round of fees for the tickets they are holding. I am truly disgusted that people are doing this to others around the holidays and even at all. Needless to say that the flight was for my birthday getaway. I am now going to block my card at my bank and file a complaint against this charge. Please check out businesses before purchasing online. Things are getting very bad and scams are everywhere.
