Type of a scam Online Purchase
I purchased the product Flexband, April 8, 2020 during the covid-19 pandemic and it is currently at the time of this complait, April 21,2020 and my product has yet to arrive. I have recived the tracking number for my purchase, however, their system is defective and prevents me to further track my product.
The website I purchased the item does not have an address or phone number and trying to get other means of contact regarding my purchase of $38.99 is unavailable.
I believe this website is a complete scam for those desperate to stay in shape while quarantined and whom does not have other means of exercising.
They have my email address, home address, and credit card information.
I do not feel safe that I may have exposed myself to an illicit transaction.
