Instagram 70% off sale ad. Got no shipping updates whatsoever after getting confirmation email on April 15th. Emailed the business on April 23rd and got a screenshot of the tracking information. Claimed that COVID-19 was delaying shipments. Followed up on May 21st only to be told to be patient and that shipments have arrived a couple of days after suggested delivery date. If I wanted a refund, I would first have to send the package to a residential address in Michigan before getting my money back. My expected delivery date was between May 3rd-23rd. It is now June 8th. There is no signature in the email so I have no idea who I’m talking to.
