About 2 weeks ago I chose to agree to a "free trial" of Vero Revive Revitalizing Eye Serum and Age Defying Moisturizer for a shipping charge of $4.85 & $4.90. I was not told nor would I have agreed to a later charge and continuing charge for the products of $93.79 and $93.87. There is no return address on the product and there is only a phone number to call. I was able to speak to a Customer Service Rep. who told me that I could not cancel the "trial" but, she would cancel the future charges and send me an email to that effect. I have no proof of the cancellation and will have to check with my credit card company as Luminary still has my credit card number.

I ordered a skin care product from Flawless Complexion Skincare. It was advertised as free. Just pay shipping for $4.95. I only wanted One. They keep sending me additional jars and removing money from my account for $89.92. So far they have stolen $359.68. I send all the cream back and write letters telling them not to send any more and stop removing money from my account. They ignore me.I am 81 years old and trying to survive on social security. I can not afford this. Please help me.
