Consumer was contacted regarding a sweepstakes winning for Publishers Clearhinghouse. The mailer he received said the contest is being run through FKI Acquisition, 10000 Shelbyville Road Louisville 40223. Two phone numbers were provided 8884919289 and 6475752730. It included a check for $4980 to insurance, attorneys, taxes. It said he won second place and to not tell anyone that he received it. The mailing said to contact FKI once he deposits the check so that they can deposit the remaining amount.
