My husband was on the computer and the screen went black. A pop-up blocked the entire screen and a message came up saying that there was a warning from Microsoft saying that he’s been blocked and to contact a number on the screen. When he called the number, he reached Fix Now. They went into our computer and started messing around. We also had internet problems at the same time and to contact Comcast. Comcast immediately told us it was a scam.
