Had a popup on internet providers *** home page advertising male enhancement for $4.95. My husband did not see the 14 days cancellation statement. Today they told us they have a 14 days cancellation policy, but my husband is 81 years old and could not even remember any of the information about the web page. Pills started coming in and he did not even know where they were coming from. I started working on my taxes and questions some charges on my *** card. Tried to call the phone number and got run around about supervisor was busy.
Anyway they would not give me a refund on the order and could care less that the person making the purchase did not understand what he was doing.
I finally got help from *** and they got a supervisor on the phone and after an hour Nathan agreed to refund me $93.61 for one bottle of pills. I am still out $192.17.
Also the packages were all shipped from different locations and the billing were under two different names.
*** & ***. Also the email I received came from ***.com. So I am not sure who were dealing with.
