On Cyber Monday, November 30, 2015, I order a fitness product online with a delivery date within 2 weeks of purchase. On December 23, 2015, I sent an email to Fitness New Life and received an response saying my product was shipped and I should receive a tracking number soon. The wording used was not business like and drew a red flag. I have since sent 2 other emails and no replies. On their website, an email is no deliverable and the mailbox is always full when calling the number listed. I have contacted my credit card company and will receive payment back.
